Makes 10 popsicles

These dense, fudgy, chocolatey popsicles are great for a hot summer day! They satisfy the chocolate lovers deep cravings, while providing complex undertones of salty umami miso. What a perfect treat!

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 6 hours
  • 1 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Genmai Miso
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/3 bar finely chopped dark chocolate

Combine all ingredients in an upright blender and blend on high for about a minute (or until completely smooth). Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, but recommended overnight. Enjoy!
