Amano Foods Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Amano’s Teriyaki Chicken Skewers


  • 6 teaspoons honey
  • 1lb chicken tenders
  • 12 skewers
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon Amano Food’s Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 lemon



  1. Soak skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill
  3. Mix garlic with Amano Foods’ Teriyaki Sauce, some lemon, freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey in a large bow
  4. Pour into sealable plastic bag and add chicken
  5. Shake, seal and marinate for 30 minutes
  6. Slide marinated tenders on skewers to get ready for the BB
  7. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  8. Using Amano’s miso, craft up a salad dressing or dip for sides
