Amano’s Miso Raspberry Cobbler


8 oz thawed from frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/8 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

1 egg

1 cup flour

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ginger

1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon

3 tablespoons of softened butter

2 tablespoons of Organic Red Aka Miso

1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream per dish


Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix above filling ingredients in a medium to large bowl then pour into a buttered baking dish

3. Mix and combine all topping ingredients in a medium to large bowl and use your fingertips to work the egg, Amano Foods’ Organic Red Aka Miso and butter into the dry ingredients. Place the dough in clumps on top of the raspberry filling.

4. Place in oven on a tray and bake for 40-50 minutes until topping is brown and crispy around the edges. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top.
